To be able to exchange or refund your item must be in the original condition when delivered: unworn, unwashed and in the same packaging.

Once we receive your returned item and check its condition and approve it, the money will be transferred to you right after through instapay.

Please note that for any exchange or return a 90 EGP shipping fees is to be paid by the customer.
