Exchange and Refund Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy:

Alaya offers exchange and refund within 24 hrs of receiving the order. 
It’s important to note that it’s prohibited by the shipping company to open or try the item while the courier is on door and attempt to send back the item/s with them.
To be able to exchange or refund your item must be in the original condition when delivered: unworn, unwashed and in the same packaging.

Once we receive your returned item and check its condition and approve it, the money will be transferred to you right after through instapay.

Please note that for any exchange or return a 75 EGP shipping fees is to be paid by the customer.

 The return process may take up to 10 days depending on the shipping company.
