General shipping information 

-Delivery takes 2-3 working days

-Packages cannot be opened or checked at the door however we accept exchanges and refunds normally just inform us within 24 hrs from receiving the order.

-In case of return or exchange please send us a DM on instagram

-Please note that for any exchange or return a 90 EGP shipping fees is to be paid by the customer.

-Once we receive your returned item and check its condition and approve it, the money will be transferred to you right after through instapay.

-The return process takes 3-5 working days depends on the shipping company.

• No refunds or exchanges are available for international orders.
